"Instantly upon meeting Aisha I knew she was a pure soul, with the purest of intentions - she is incredibly educated from both Western and Eastern worlds of Medicine and incorporates a vast variety of teachings and lineages in her offerings. She does everything with great intention, care and presence. I was dealing with some gut health issues, and she supported me to heal in ways I never would’ve expected someone to do and it was so potent and powerful."

Angel Zu, Yoga teacher.

WHAT IS INTEGRATIVE PELVIC & WOMB BODYWORK?

Integrative Pelvic & Womb Bodywork is a trauma-informed therapeutic modality that works with the pelvic floor, womb, abdomen, and nervous system on physical, emotional, and energetic levels.

It gently supports the body in releasing physical tension, emotional holding, and energetic imprints that may be contributing to:

• Pelvic pain, chronic tightness, or sensitivity
• Pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, or prolapse
• Vaginal pain, vaginismus, or vulvodynia
• Ovarian cysts, constipation, or lower back pain
• Sexual trauma, numbness, or disconnection
• Feeling cut off from pleasure, vitality, or embodied presence
• Transitions out of relationships, separations, or heartbreak
• Grief, loss, or unresolved emotional experiences held in the body
• Perimenopause and menopause transitions
• Major life transitions where the body needs grounding and support
• Clearing residual emotional or energetic patterns from past partners
• Reconnecting with a sense of sovereignty, safety, and inner stability

Aisha is a skilled and intuitive healer with the ability to approach the client's body without agenda or preconception and at the same time hold a profoundly grounded and safe space. This kind of deep listening and presence is truly exceptional in a body worker.

Guided by her sensitive intuition, Aisha helped me identify and release deeply held energetic contractions in my yoni that may have been in my system for generations.

I approached the sessions in the spirit of curiosity and exploration and was deeply met by Aisha in a dance that resulted in a deep healing of my yoni and womb space. I had four sessions with her, and as a result, I feel like a new woman! I'm experiencing a new depth of grounding in my yoni and in my physical body more generally. I will forever be grateful for the healing Aisha facilitated for me.
